三羟异黄酮对前列腺增生小鼠生化指标的影响

摘要 目的 通过观察三羟异黄酮对前列腺增生小鼠动物模型血清生化指标的影响,探讨三羟异黄酮对前列腺增生动物模型的安全性.方法 应用丙酸睾丸酮肌肉注射制造小鼠前列腺增生模型,后随机分为小、中、大剂量三羟异黄酮实验组和对照组,并检测各组小鼠血清电解质、肝肾功能、血脂等指标.结果 应用10、30、90mg/kg体重的各实验组小鼠检测结果显示:应用三羟异黄酮前列腺增生小鼠的肝、肾功能无明显负面影响,大剂量三羟异黄酮可以降低血清TG;三羟异黄酮对钙、磷无明显影响,但是大剂量可以显著降低血清镁离子浓度.结论 三羟异黄酮对小鼠前列腺增生模型肝肾功能、电解质未发现明显负面影响. Objective To study the safety of genistein by observing the influence of genistein on the serum biochemical data of benign prostate hyperplasia mice. Methods KunMing mice were injected testosterone for seven days to manufacture BPH model and four groups were divided indepently. Different groups of mice were feed with different doses of genistein, 0, 10, 30, 90mg/kg·d, for four weeks. The mice were tested serum electrolyte, glyceride, cholesterin, hepatic function, renal function. Results The four groups of mice feded with 10,30,90mg/kg of genistein displayed the serum biochemical data as below. High dose of genistein decreased the the concentration of serum Mg ion and TG. Conclusion The doses of 10,30,90mg/kg of genistein did not bring injury to the liver and kidney of the mice.
