摘要
随着新医改方案的实施,根据公立医院的性质特征,构建公立医院社会绩效评价体系有利于更全面的评价医院绩效,促进公立医院公立使命的践行。文章从利益相关者角度,构建了公立医院社会绩效评价体系,提出指标权重确定方法,为公立医院及其主管部门评价其社会绩效提供参考。
With the implementation of new reform on medical service system,it is important to develop social performance evaluation system for state-owned hospitals,which can promote the practice of public hospitals' mission.The social performance evaluation system for state-owned hospitals was constructed in view of stakeholders,and methods to determine index weight were put forward,which can provide reference for evaluating state-owned hospitals' social performance.
