Study on the Capital Operation of the State owned Highway Transport Enterprise

从分析资本经营的涵义和内容入手，通过对国有公路运输企业资本之组合，资本与劳动力优化组合的探讨，提出承包经营，单车产权转让，线路租赁经营，单车股份合作经营，组建企业集团等多种形式的资本经营方式，以实现中国国有公路运输企业资本利润率的最大化。

Through analyzing the concept and contents of capital operation, the constitution of capital and the combination of capital with labor of the state owned highway transport enterprise are discussed.The way of capital operation, such as the contract operation,the single vehicle property right transforming,the rent operation of line,single vehicle stock cooperation,the establishment of enterprise group,should be used to realize the profit maximization of the state owned highway transport enterprise.
