摘要
文章通过对医疗纠纷现行解决途径的困境分析,介绍浙江宁波温州引入中立第三方调解机制解决医疗纠纷的实践,指出其对维护医疗卫生工作秩序的积极意义,并进一步思考其损害患方利益的可能性,以期不断完善和改进医疗纠纷处置的方式,更有效解决医疗纠纷。
Based on analyzing the current predicaments to deal with medical disputes,experiences of introducing the neutral third party into mediating medical dispute in Ningbo and Wenzhou city were discussed,which was significant to improve medical services.Furthermore,the possibility of doing harm to patients＇ benefits was explored to promote the practice of dealing with medical disputes.
