广东省新型农村合作医疗:实施绩效、制度与模式比较

Comparatively studying the performance,system and mode of implementing New Rural Cooperative Medical System in Guangdong

广东作为经济相对发达省份,在新型农村合作医疗(简称新农合)制度方面展开了不懈探索,也取得了一定成效。广东根据各地区经济社会发展的实际情况,探索出新农合的多种管理模式,比较典型的主要有云浮模式、南海模式和番禺模式。文章在梳理广东省新农合制度演进政策线索的基础上分析了广东新农合的实施绩效,重点在于比较广东新农合的制度与模式。

Objective：As it is a developed area,the New Rural Cooperative Medical System has been piloted in Guangdong.And some achievements were obtained.According to the actual economic and social development situations in different regions,some management modes of the New Rural Cooperative Medical System had been explored in Guangdong,mainly as Yunfu mode,Nanhai mode and Panyu mode.Based on studying the development of New Rural Cooperative Medical System in Guangdong,its performance,system and mode were analyzed.
