广东省欠发达地区基层骨干医生工作满意度研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:了解基层骨干医生工作满意度状况及其主要影响因素,为促进基层医疗卫生事业的发展提供科学依据。方法:自行设计问卷对广东省全科医师骨干培训班的180名学员进行现场自填式问卷调查。结果:广东省欠发达地区基层骨干医生总体满意度不高,最不满意的项目是在"责任风险",影响满意度的主要因素从大到小依次为单位发展前景、成就感、岗位设置、领导重视、工作稳定性、工作环境和薪酬体系。结论:广东省欠发达地区基层骨干医生的工作满意度有待提高,尤其是责任风险和福利报酬方面。医疗卫生管理者应尽力降低职工的职业风险,建立公平合理的薪酬制度和科学有效的激励机制。 Objective To study the status of grass-roots core doctors' satisfaction on their job and its main influencing factors,and provide reference for promoting primary health care services.Methods 180 cases of trainees of general practitioners were surveyed with questionnaire.Results The grass-roots core doctors' satisfaction on their job in underdeveloped area of Guangdong was not high.The most unsatisfied item was risk of responsibility.The main influencing factors were expectation of development,sense of achievement,job setting,leaders' attention,stability,working environment and payment system.Conclusion The grass-roots core doctors' satisfaction on their job in underdeveloped area of Guangdong needs to be improved,especially the risk of responsibility and payment system.Managers should endeavor to decrease medical staffs' occupational risk,and establish fair and reasonable payment system and effective incentive mechanism.
