摘要
对轮齿刚度和齿间载荷分配系数计算新方法作了进一步的概括、补充和改进,并与ISO6336 方法进行了全面比较。认为ISO 6336 的齿间载荷分配系数公式难以成立。对轮齿变形和刚度的计算基准及适用场合提出了商榷意见,并提出了1 种新的接触强度重合度系数公式。
The new method for the calculation of rigidity and load distribution factor of gear teeth is further generalized, supplemented and modified. A comparison with ISO 6336 method is carried out. It is pointed out that the formula in ISO 6336 should be questioned. Some suggestion on the criterion and applicability of the formula for the calculation of deformation and rigidity of gear teeth is given. A new method for the calculation of contact strength and coefficient of coincidence is formulated.
