摘要
观察前列腺素E1在心肌缺血-再灌注损伤时对人体外周血中性粒细胞数量及其活性、内皮素及脂质过氧化的影响。方法:将36例急性心肌梗塞患者随机分为两组,每组18例。观察组给予PGE1、尿激酶和硝酸甘油静滴,对照组只给予尿激酶和硝酸甘油静滴,于再灌注前后分别采静脉血测定有关指标。结果:急性心肌梗塞时,外周血中性粒细胞活性显著增强,血内皮素含量明显升高,脂质过氧化指标显著增高;再灌注后,中性粒细胞活性进一步显著增强,血内皮素含量及脂质过氧化指标亦进一步显著增高;使用PGE1治疗组的结果与上述情况完全相反。PGE1能够抑制外周血中性粒细胞活性,减轻脂质过氧化反应,减少血内皮素的产生,对心肌缺血-再灌注损伤有显著的保护作用。
To investigate the effects of PGE1 on the quantity and activity of polymorphonuclear leukoytes(PMN), the level of endothelin(ET), and lipid peroxidation during human myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury(IRI). 36 cases of acute myocardial infarction(AMI) were divided into two groups by random,treatment group(n=18) and control group(n=18).The treated group was given by venoclysis of PGE1, nitroglycerin and urokinase, while the control group was given nitroglycrin and urokinase only.The above parameters in peripheral venous blood were determined before and after reperfusion. The PMN activity, ET level and degree of lipid peroxidation were markedly increased during acute myocardial infarction stage. Moreover,these changes were further enhanced during reperfusion stage.However,these changes were obviously reversed following the administration of PGE1. PGE1 can inhibit PMN activity,reduce lipid peroxidation degree and ET level, showing a significant protection on human IRI.
