摘要
随着油田开采强度的增加,开采难度越来越大,加上注采比不合理、增产措施不当、地层污染严重,出现了地层供液能力差现象,最终导致油井间歇性出油,如果不实施间抽将会使吨油耗电增加,同时还能够加剧抽油杆、管、泵的磨损。合理的间抽制度比较难确定,并且人为影响因素较大,结合乾安油田地层出油状况,研制了一种抽油机智能空抽控制器,在不影响正常产量情况下将开抽时间缩短,同时自动间抽制度与人为计算间抽制度做对比,能够有效指导人工间抽时间的确定,有效地提高了油井泵效,达到了节约能源的目的。
With the increased intensity of oil exploitation,mining becomes more and more difficult.Due to the unreasonable injection ratio,inappropriate stimulation,and serious formation pollution,it is hard to supply water for the attitude of stratum,which leads to intermittent oil wells.If you do not implement intermittent pumping tons of fuel consumption between the pumping power will increased,and meanwhile,the pumping rod,tube and pump may wear each other.Reasonable comparison between the pumping system is difficult to be determined,and the human factors are big.Combined with dry conditions out of the oil formation in Lean oilfield,an air pumping intelligent controller is developed.Without affecting the normal production,the time to pump is shortened,by comparing the automatical intermittent pumping time and human calculation,we may effectively determine the manual time.As a result,oil pump efficiency is increased and the energy consumption is reduced.
