民族地区马克思主义理论大众化要解决为谁、怎样为谁的根本问题,应根据民族干部群众的需要研究和创建理论;应根据不同人群、不同地域的不同条件、不同特点,从事理论研究和宣传;应把理论的高雅与通俗、丰富与精炼统一起来;应坚持与时俱进,创新发展。民族地区马克思主义实践大众化要着力解决主体的多样性和自觉性;内容和形式的多样性;途径和方法的多样性;策略多样性和实际有效性。

While popularizing Marxist theory and practice in ethnic areas,the needs of ethnic cadres and the masses should be considered,as well as the variety of ethnic people,regions,conditions and features.The theory should be rich and refined and interpreted both of great delicacy and being easy to understand.Popularizing Marxist theory and practice in ethnic areas should advance to the times with innovative development,multiform and consciousness by diversifying the methods and strategies to be more effective.
