摘要 职业培训对经济社会发展的人才支撑作用明显,是一个系统工程。只有政府完善职业培训相关立法,创新管理体制,规范培训市场、发挥行政监督作用;企业转变投资观念,认识职业培训的重要性,转变用人和分配观念,将员工技术技能水平作为分配要素之一并合理选定受训对象;职业培训机构深入市场,抓住市场需求,选用合适的培训方式,建设高素质教师队伍,提高培训质量,才能建立有序、和谐的培训市场,才能构建充满活力的劳动力市场,为社会经济发展做出巨大贡献。 Career training is a systematic project of providing support to the high-quality personnel who maintain the social and economic growth.The government should perfect the relevant legislation for career training,reform management structure,normalize the training market,and reinforce administrative supervision.As for the enterprises,they should reevaluate the investment strategy,acknowledge the importance of career training,change the concept of employing talents and carrying out distribution and take the occupational skill as a noticeable element.The career training companies must understand the strategies of the training market,and design their training content according to market requirement.A highly qualified team is also needed to ensure the training quality.Thus,a well organized and harmoniously operated training market would be an organic component of the whole labor markets and become one contributive driving force for social and economic development.
