论师范生教师专业技能一体化的层级训练框架的建构

On the Establishment of the Integrative Hierarchical Training Framework for Normal Students' Professional Skills

基础教育课程改革的深化、高等院校师范生"整合连贯型"教师教育培养模式的逐步构建,对师范生的教师专业技能提出了更高的要求。在建构师范生教师专业技能一体化的层级训练框架中,其框架呈现状态为:课堂观察→教学设计的文案形式→教学设计的讲台运作形式→教学测评手段。探寻师范生教师技能训练的可行性有效性的操作方法,培养既能承担小学教育,又能承担中学教育的高素质新型基础教育师资。

With the deepening of the elementary education＇s reform,as well as the gradual establishment of the integrated coherent teachers＇ cultivating model,higher requirement is put forward for the teachers＇ professional skills.This paper is aimed at establishing the integrative hierarchical training framework normal students＇ professional skills.The framework includes four parts： the classroom observation,the teaching design document,the performance of the teaching designing,and the means of test.This paper explores the practicable and effective operation for the normal students＇ skill training so as to cultivate the high quality new types of the elementary education teachers who can work both at the primary school and also at the middle school.
