中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎57例

Clinical Study on Combination of TCM and Western Medicine for Treatment of 57 Cases of Helicobacter Pylorum Associated Gastritis(HPAG)

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关性胃炎57例的临床疗效。[方法]将幽门螺杆菌相关性胃炎(HPAG)患者109例,分为对照组52例,采用常规西药治疗;治疗组57例,在常规西药治疗的基础上辨证分型加用中药口服,两组均连续用药4周,观察治疗前后主要症状改善情况,胃镜改善及Hp根除率。[结果]在改善胃痛、胃胀、泛酸、嗳气、纳呆症状方面,除对照组改善嗳气、纳呆不明显外(P>0.05),两组治疗前后均有明显的差异(P<0.05,P<0.01或P<0.001);总有效率与Hp根除率,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗HPAG疗效优于单纯西药治疗。

[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Hp associated gastritis treated by combination of TCM and western medicine.[Method]109 patients with HPAG were randomly assigned to two groups,52 in the control group and 57 in the treated group.The control group were treated by general western medicine,and the treated one were treated by combination of TCM and western medicine.After 4 weeks,the changes of TCM symptoms and image under endoscope before and after treatment and Hp eradication rate were observed.[Result]Except the symptoms of belching and anorexia were not improved significantly in the control group（P0.05）,TCM symptoms of gastric pain,fullness,acid regurgitation,belching and anorexia were improved significantly in both groups（P0.05,P0.01,P0.001）;The treated group was superior to the control group in the total effective rate and Hp eradication rate（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Combination of TCM and Western medicine has better therapeutic effect on HPAG than only western medicine.
