By retrievaling and analyzing the literatures of knowledge sharing published in the past 5 years overseas,the paper explored the major trends and the main research points on knowledge sharing.From the inspect of knowledge sharing,which includes personal factors,organizational factors,knowledge factors and environment factors,the paper reviewed the research progress and predicted the research and development trends of knowledge sharing.
