摘要
为了有针对性地制定公路自然灾害的防治措施,结合公路自身特点及公路行业的要求,运用系统理论分析法将中国公路主要自然灾害划分为2种类型:地质灾害和气象灾害。根据公路自然灾害成灾原因、灾害体规模、破坏形式和发生部位,将公路上常见的崩塌类、滑坡类、泥石流、路基沉陷与塌陷、暴雨洪水灾害做了进一步划分。结果表明,公路自然灾害类型划分是灾害管理和减灾防灾工程实践的基础。
In order to develop prevention measures of natural disasters to highway,this paper studied highway's characteristics and its safe requirements,to highway adopted systematic theory and analytic approach to divide the natural disasters of highway into two types: geological hazard and meteorological disaster.According to disaster causes,scale,failure modes and location,the common types of highway hazard were further divided,for example,collapse,landslide,debris flow,subgrade settlement and subgrade collapse,storm or flood.It is pointed out that the hazard type classification is the basis of disaster prevention and mitigation,such as hazard management.6 tabs,2 figs,10 refs.
