路面冷铣刨机尾门接地压力和作业阻力分析计算 被引量:3

摘要 铣刨机尾门接地压力的大小直接影响铣削料的回收率、铣槽底面的平整性和作业阻力的大小。详细分析了尾门接地压力和作业阻力的形成机理,建立了相应的计算模型,推导了尾门接地压力和作业阻力的计算公式,并进行了实例计算分析。分析结果表明:通过建立的理论模型和推导的计算公式,可得到铣刨机尾门接地压力和作业阻力的合理值;克服了以往尾门接地压力和作业阻力不能计算的难点,为铣刨机设计和控制提供了理论依据。 The ground contact pressure of the cold milling machine scraper blade directly affects the scrap material recovery,the milling groove smoothness and the working resistance.A detailed analysis about the formative principle of the scraper blade ground contact pressure and working resistance was done.The corresponding computation module was set,and the calculating formula of the scraper blade ground contact pressure and scraping resistance were derived.The pressure and resistance of a cold milling machine scraper blade were also calculated with the formula.The results show that,the reasonable value of the ground contact pressure and working resistance can be calculated by the theoretical model and calculating formula,and the problem of incomputability for the pressure and resistance can be overcame.The theory basis is provided for designing and controlling the cold milling machine.6 figs,6 refs.
