摘要
目的:对灰毡毛忍冬茎叶化学成分进行研究。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离,根据化合物的光谱数据(IR、MS1、H-NMR1、3C-NMR)和化学方法鉴定其结构。结果:从灰毡毛忍冬茎叶中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为:马钱子苷(Ⅰ)、马钱子苷酸(Ⅱ)、莫罗忍冬苷(Ⅲ)7、-O-乙基莫罗忍冬苷(Ⅳ)、东莨菪素(Ⅴ)、咖啡酸(Ⅵ)、绿原酸(Ⅶ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅷ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅸ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分离得到,所有化合物均是首次从该植物茎叶中分离得到。
Objective:To research the chemical constituents from stems and leaves of Lonicera macranthoides.Methods:Various column chromatographies were employed to isolate and purify the constituents.Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis(IR,MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR)and chemical evidence.Results:Nine constituents were obtained and identified as loganin(Ⅰ),loganic acid(Ⅱ),morroniside(Ⅲ),7-O-ethyl-morroniside(Ⅳ),scopoletin(Ⅴ),caffeic acid(Ⅵ),chlorogenic acid(Ⅶ),β-sitosterol(Ⅷ),daucosterol(Ⅸ).Conclusion:CompoundsⅠ~Ⅵ are isolated from the plant for the first time.All the compounds are found for the first time from the stems and leaves of Lonicera macranthoides.
