因宁片对甲亢性肝损害模型大鼠肝功能和氧化应激的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的:研究因宁片对甲状腺激素诱发大鼠甲亢性肝损害的肝功能和氧化应激的影响。方法:SD大鼠给予L-甲状腺素钠灌胃30 d,制备甲亢性肝损害模型。大鼠造模后给予因宁片低、中、高剂量或甲亢灵灌胃治疗30 d后,处死收集血样和肝组织,采用放射免疫法测定血清T3、T4含量,全自动生化仪检测AST、ALT水平,比色法测定肝组织匀浆SOD、MDA、GSH-Px、CAT、GSH值。结果:因宁片可以明显降低L-甲状腺素钠引起的大鼠血清甲状腺激素水平(T3、T4)升高,纠正肝功能(AST、ALT)异常,降低肝脏MDA含量,提高SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活性,升高GSH水平。结论:因宁片对甲状腺激素诱发的大鼠甲亢性肝损害有明显保护作用,其作用机制可能与降低甲状腺激素水平及抑制肝脏氧化应激有关。
