输卵管妊娠与沙眼衣原体感染的相关性

Relationship Between Tubal Pregnancy and Chlamydia Trachomatis Infection

目的探讨沙眼衣原体（ＣＴ）感染与输卵管妊娠之间的关系。方法随机选择输卵管妊娠６１例患者和２７例妇科肿瘤行附件切除者对照。分别采宫颈、输卵管妊娠部位及后陷窝积血、积液的标本，行衣原体细胞培养。结果输卵管妊娠（研究组）输卵管部位ＣＴ阳性明显高于对照组，（Ｐ＜０．０５），差异有显著意义。研究组ＣＴ阴性例数明显低于对照组，（Ｐ＜０．０１），差异有极显著意义。结论ＣＴ感染与输卵管妊娠密切相关。

Purpose To explore the relationship between chlamydia trachomatis(CT) infection and tubal pregnaoncy. Methods Sixty one patients diagnosed with tubal pregnacy and 27 controls performed salpingo oophorectomy for gynecological tumor from Nov.1st,1995 to Dec.30 th, 1996 were randomly selected.Specimens from cervix,tubal preqnancy site and posterior pouch fluid/blood were collected to perform CT culture. Results In the tubal pregnancy group,69 of 183 speciments were positive,including 28 positive specimens (40%) from tubal site.In the control group,9 of 81 specimens were positive,including 2 positive specimens from tubal site.There was a significant difference between the two groups (χ 2=4.75, P <0.05).Six specics were negative in the tubal pregnancy group,and 19 specimen in the control group.Incidence of negative specimen in the tubal pregnancy group was significantlylower than that in the control group (χ 2=33.72, P <0.01). Conclusions There is a significant relationship between CT infection and tubul pregnancy.
