病毒性心肌炎血和心肌CVB_3RNA含量与心肌病变的关系

Relationship Between CVB 3RNA Concentrations in Myocardium and Blood and Their Correlation with Myocardial Histopathologic Changes in Murine Myocarditis

目的研究小鼠柯萨奇Ｂ３病毒性心肌炎模型血、心肌柯萨奇病毒ＲＮＡ含量的关系；外周血中ＣＶＢ３ＲＮＡ含量与心肌病理积分的关系。方法利用定量ＰＣＲ方法检测病毒性心肌炎小鼠模型急性期外周血、心肌ＣＶＢ３ＲＮＡ含量。结果ＣＶＢ３感染所致心肌炎小鼠外周血、心肌中ＣＶＢ３ＲＮＡ含量显著正相关（ｒ＝０．９４，Ｐ＜０．０５）。外周血及心肌中ＣＶＢ３ＲＮＡ含量与心肌病理积分显著正相关（ｒ＝０．８０，Ｐ＜０．０１，ｒ＝０．８５，Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论病毒性心肌炎急性期外周血中ＣＶＢ３ＲＮＡ含量可以反映心肌中病毒ＲＮＡ含量水平，且两者与心肌病理损害均有一致性改变。

Purpose To study the relationship between CVB 3RNA concentration in myocardial tissues and blood and the correlation of CVB 3RNA concentration with myocardial histopathologic changes in murine myocarditis. Methods The levels of CVB 3RNA concentration were determined by quantitative polymerase chain reaction.Results The level of CVB 3RNA in the myocardial tissue of Coxsackievirus B 3 induced myocarditis balb/c mouse was in good correlation with that in the blood( r=0.94,P<0.01 ).The CVB 3RNA concentration of the blood as well as that of the myocardial tissue was corresponding with myocardial histopathologic changes in murine myocarditis( r=0.80,P<0.01;r=0.85,P<0.01 respectively). Conclusions The level of CVB 3RNA in the blood is a good parameter to reflect the CVB 3RNA concentration in the myocardium of acute murine myocarditis.The CVB 3RNA concentration in the blood as well as that in myocardial tissue was in good correlation with myocardial histopathologic changes in the acute murine myocarditis.
