摘要
传统教学过程由于教学目标指向的“规范化”,因而在教学管理过程中显得“具体”,其结果是:要么按教案“一成不变”地按部就班进行教学;要么教学与教案互不相干。为了让教案在教学管理过程中体现“规范与创新”、“具体与灵活”,并让教案有效地指导课堂教学,让教师从繁重繁琐的教学方案准备中解脱出来,我们拟从教学备课中课前准备与课后二度设计这一问题入手,研讨并寻求更好的解决办法。
Due to "standardization" of teaching objectives, traditional teaching procedures turn out to be "concrete" in the process of teaching management, which has invited an undesirable outcome: teachers give their classes either by stubbornly following their teaching plans without any flexibility involved or entirely deviating from teaching plans. In order to bring "standardization and novelty", "concreteness and flexibility" to teaching plans, we will apply research on the issues of pre-class preparations and post-class redesigning and thus work out better solutions to the problem how teaching plans should guide classes effectively. As a result, it can free teachers from heavy burdens of much preparatory work before class.
