2009年山东省地市级疾控机构实验室装备和检验能力情况调查

Investigation on Condition of Instruments and Detection Ability in Urban Disease Control and Prevention Institutions of Shandong Province,2009

[目的]掌握山东省地市级疾病预防控制中心实验室装备和检验能力情况,为卫生行政部门的决策和疾控机构的发展提供参考依据。[方法]普查山东省17个地市级疾控机构实验室面积、仪器设备、检验能力,采用Excel 2003统计,与卫生部制定的指导标准比较分析。[结果]17个地市级疾控机构实验室面积占总建筑面积的比例平均为32.43%,"完成常规工作所需仪器设备"种类和数量平均拥有率分别为66.67%和58.26%,"必须开展的工作项目"拥有率为58.41%。[结论]山东省地市级疾控机构"完成常规工作所需仪器设备"仍有较大缺口,必须开展的检测项目有限。

[Objective]To master the condition of instruments and detection ability in urban Disease Control and Prevention Institutions of ShanDong province,so as to provide scientific evidence for policy of Department of Health and development of Disease Control and Prevention Institutions.[Methods]A general survey was made on 17 urban Disease Control and Prevention Institutions about laboratory areas,instruments and detection ability.Excel2003 was used for statistics and the results were compared and analyzed with direction standard that Ministry of Health instituted.[Results]The average ratio of laboratory area and total building area was 32.43% of 17 urban Disease Control and Prevention Institutions.The average rate of possession was respectively 66.67% and 58.26% in category and quantity for routine instrument.The average rate of possession was 58.41% for imperative detection items.[Conclusion]There was great nick for routine instrument in urban Disease Control and Prevention Institutions of ShanDong province.And the imperative detection items were limited.
