2010年青岛市李沧区流动儿童免疫规划接种率调查

Investigation on Coverage of Expanded Program on Immunization among Transient Children in Licang District,Qingdao City,2010

[目的]了解青岛市李沧区6岁以下儿童免疫规划相关疫苗接种率情况,为制定科学合理的管理措施提供依据。[方法]2010年6月,在李沧区采用容量比例概率抽样法,抽取210名流动儿童和150名本地儿童,调查免疫规划相关疫苗的接种率。[结果]建证建卡率流动儿童为94.28%,本地儿童为100%(P<0.05);卡介苗、脊髓灰质炎疫苗、百白破混合制剂、麻疹疫苗、乙肝疫苗、乙脑疫苗、流脑疫苗、甲肝疫苗合格接种率,流动儿童分别为88.57%、92.86%、87.62%、90.95%、90.00%、83.90%、82.81%、86.19%,本地儿童分别为98.67%、100%、95.33%、96.67%、97.33%、94.00%、93.33%、95.33%。(P<0.01或<0.05)。82名省外流动儿童各项指标均低于128名省内流动儿童(P<0.01或<0.05)。[结论]流动儿童免疫规划相关疫苗接种率较低。

[Objective]To understand the coverage of Expanded Program on Immunization among children under 6 in Licang district,Qingdao city,so as to provide basis for appropriate management measures.[Methods]With PPS,210 floating children and 150 local children were selected and investigated on the coverage of Expanded Program on Immunization in Licang district in June 2010.[Results]The rate of establishing immunization cards and certificates of the floating and the local children were respectively 94.28% and 100%（P0.05）.the qualified vaccination rates of BCG,OPV,DPT,MV,HBV,JEV,MPV,and HAV vaccines for primary immunization in floating children were respectively 94.28%,88.57%,92.86%,87.62%,90.95%,90.00%,83.90%,82.81%,and 86.19%,significantly lower than that in local children（0.01或0.05）.The above indices,the floating children from the other provinces were significantly lower than that in the province（P0.01 or P0.05）.[Conclusion]The coverage of Expanded Program on Immunization is low among the floating children.
