摘要 [目的]了解滕州市农村学校幼儿园生活饮用水卫生状况,为保障学校饮水安全提供依据。[方法]2010年4月,对滕州市122所农村学校、幼儿园的饮用水和水质情况进行调查。[结果]调查的122所学校、幼儿园均有饮用水管理员,56.56%建有饮水卫生管理制度和管理档案,饮用水卫生许可证持有率为1.64%,从业人员健康证及培训合格证持有率为51.64%,29.51%做到定期进行水处理、水消毒,24.05%定期进行水质检测。检测122份水样,合格率为45.90%。水样合格率,幼儿园为53.85%,小学为40.24%,中学为59.26%(P>0.05);市政集中供水为100.00%,自建式集中供水为44.74%,自备井供水为22.58%(P<0.05)。66份不合格水样的不合格项目主要是硝酸盐(80.30%)、总大肠菌群(81.82%)、耐热大肠菌群(16.67%)、总硬度(33.33%)。[结论]滕州市农村学校幼儿园生活饮用水卫生状况较差,主要是硬度高、被微生物污染。 [Objective]To understand the hygienic status of drinking water at rural schools and kindergartens in Tengzhou city,in order to provide basis for ensuring drinking water safety.[Methods]Investigation was made on the drinking water and its quality at 122 rural schools and kindergartens in Tengzhou city in April 2010.[Results]122 rural schools all had drinking water managers,56.56% of the schools had hygienic management system for drinking water and management files,the holding rate of hygienic license and health certificate was 1.64% and 51.64%,while 29.51% of the school nursery conducted regular water treatment and water disinfection,24.05% conducted regular water quality testing.The pass rate of 122 water samples was 45.90%,the pass rate of water samples at kindergartens,schools and middle schools was 53.85%,40.24% and 59.26%(P0.05)respectively;the municipal water supply was 100%,self-building central water supply was 44.74%,self-prepared well was 22.58%(P0.05).The unqualified items of 66 unqualified water samples were Nitrate(80.30%),coliform group(81.82%),thermotolerant coliform bacteria(16.67%),and total hardness(33.33%).[Conclusion]There are many problems in water hygiene at rural schools and kindergartens in Tengzhou city.Technical guidance and supervision for water hygiene should be strengthened to ensure safety and sanitation of drinking water.
