2004～2005年三门峡市克山病病区病情调查

Investigation on Keshan Disease Infected Patch Condition in Sanmenxia City,2004-2005

[目的]掌握三门峡市克山病病情,为今后的防治提供科学依据。[方法]2004-2005年,在灵宝市、卢氏县部分克山病病区对全部3岁及以上居民进行调查。[结果]合计调查1 894人,平均普查率为77.50%;检出慢型克山病患者10例,潜在型克山病患者27例,检出率分别为0.53%、1.43%;检出心电图异常的190人,异常检出率为10.03%;慢型克山病检出率,灵宝市、卢氏县分别为0.11%、0.94%（P〈0.05）。克山病病人检出率,男性、女性分别为1.26%、2.53%（P〈0.05）;3-19、20-49、≥50岁分别为0.00%、2.58%、4.24%（P〈0.01）。[结论]三门峡市克山病病区病情稳定,但仍有相当数量的患者。

[Objective]To investigate the status quo of Keshan disease of Sanmenxia city.[Methods]Villages in Sanmenxia city of Lingbao city and Lushi county with serious prevalence of the disease in history were surveyed.local residents older than three years were enrolled into thesurveillance to undergo physical examination,electrocardiography,chest plain film and the analysis of food components.[Results]There had been 1 894 people surveyed in two county,accounting for 77.50% of the population.10 chronic and 27 latent Keshan disease cases were detected out.Among l894 people undergoing electrocardiogram,190 had abnormal ECG with a detecting rate of 10.03%.The latent Keshan disease detection rate,Lingbao and Lushi is respectively 0.11%、0.94%（P0.05）.The Keshan disease detection rate of the male and female is respectively 1.26%,2.53%（P0.05）;which of the 3-19 years old,20-49 years old、≥50 years old is respectively 0.00%,2.58%,4.24%（P0.01）.[Conclusion]The status quo of Keshan disease of Sanmenxia city is stahilizing,but there are certain cases of chronic and latent Keshan disease existing.
