摘要
目的:评估老年腰椎管狭窄患者行单纯腰椎后路减压治疗的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2006年1月～2008年12月作者收治的98例因老年腰椎管狭窄采用单纯腰椎后路减压手术治疗患者的病例资料,结合问卷调查患者对手术的满意程度,比较不同体重患者住院期间以及手术后症状改善情况,评估手术治疗效果。结果:不同体重患者手术后腰腿疼痛明显缓解、日常生活质量改善,患者对手术的满意率达到65.5%。但是,患者的各种统计数据表明不同躯体重量组之间没有明显的统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:体重在一定程度上影响老年腰椎管狭窄患者的手术治疗结果,对于老年腰椎管狭窄患者采取单纯腰椎后路减压手术,可以收到较为满意的治疗效果。
Objection：To evaluation the results of lumbar posterior lamilectomy decompression surgery in different body mass index of elderly patients with lumbar stenosis.Methods：We retrospectively analyzed 98 cases of elderly patients with different body mass index who underwent lumbar posterior lamilectomy decompression for lumbar stenosis form jaunary,2006 to december 2008.A survey was dong.The feeling of pain,satisfaction rate,activities of daily living was compared between pre-or post-operation.Results：All of the patients experienced relief of pain,and improvement in daily activities.The satisfaction rate of the operation was 65.5%.But all the differences were not satistically significant between different body mass indexes（P0.05）.Conclusion：Our finding suggests that it is reasonable to lumbar posterior lamilectomy decompression operate on elderly patients with lumbar stenosis who are different in body mass index,because little relation has been found between body mass and surgery outcome.
