细胞外信号调节激酶在慢性痛产生与维持中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 慢性疼痛长期以来威胁着人类的健康,是难以治愈的世界性难题之一,由于其病理机制的复杂性,对于慢性疼痛的治疗及其基础研究始终是研究的重点和难点。细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK)是丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPKs)家族中的重要成员,主要参与细胞的生长、分化、增殖等生理反应。近年来,有证据表明脊髓中ERK的活化是形成慢性痛的关键因素,并有可能通过神经胶质细胞参与了慢性疼痛的维持。
