CT定位肺穿刺98例临床分析

Lung puncture under CT guidance in 98 patients

目的通过观察与分析CT定位肺穿刺效果以期提高穿刺成功率、减低穿刺所带来的并发症。方法选取符合条件的98例CT定位肺穿刺患者,并对穿刺诊断结果及穿刺所引发的并发症进行观察,同时对所得相关数据进行统计,然后对其结果进行分析与总结。结果本次CT定位肺穿刺所得阳性诊断率为93.88%,而穿刺所造成的并发症发生率仅仅有22.45%。结论 CT定位肺穿刺能够极大提高临床诊断率,同时该方法较为安全,因此CT定位肺穿刺是临床中较为重要的诊断手段之一。

Objective To analyze the results of CT positioning lung biopsy to improve success rate and reduce complications caused by puncture purposes. Methods Ninety-eight patients received CT localization lung biopsy. The diagnosis results and complications were observed. The results were analyzed and summarized. Results The CT localization lung biopsy was obtained 93.88% positive diagnosis, and complications caused by the puncture rate was only 22.45%. Conclusion CT localization can greatly improve clinical lung biopsy diagnostic rate, while the method is more secure, so CT lung puncture positioning is more important in clinical means of diagnosis.
