输卵管积水介入栓塞治疗160例临床体会

Hydrosalpinx intervention embolization 160 cases clinical experience

目的通过对160例输卵管积水患者进行介入性输卵管栓塞治疗,探讨该方法对于输卵管积水患者进行体外受精一胚胎移植(IVF-ET)前对积水进行预处理的可行性。方法选择160名因输卵管积水造成不孕的患者,应用微导管将铂金微弹簧圈送至输卵管间质部及峡部,对积水的输卵管进行栓塞。结果栓塞成功157例,无法栓塞1例,栓塞后弹簧圈发生移位2例,栓塞成功率98.2%。结论介入性输卵管栓塞术作为输卵管积水预处理的一种新方法,与目前常用的几种输卵管积水治疗方法如输卵管切除、结扎、造口和抽吸等相比,具有无手术及麻醉的并发症,安全有效,对卵巢功能无影响等特点,可使输卵管积水患者IVF-ET时避免受到输卵管积水的影响,是一种很有前途的治疗新技术。

Objective Through 160 cases of patients with hydrosalpinx in embolization ,discusses the method for hydrosalpinx patients before the embryo transplantation in vitro fertilization of a hydrosalpinx pretreatment of feasibility. Methods Choose 160 for hydrosalpinx cause infertility patients, Applied micro catheter will send to micro coil tubal interstitial and spondylolysis. Make hydronephrotic fallopian tube embolization. Results Successful embolization 157 cases, Cannot embolization 1 case ,with coil shift 2 cases, embolism success rates 98.2%. Conclusions Post- interventional workup hydrosalpinx pretreatment embolization as a new method, and a few hydrosalpinx treatment methods such as ligation, neostomy and aspiration, compared with no such surgery and anesthesia complications, safe and effective, no influence of ovarian function etc. Can make hydrosalpinx patients IVF - ET when to avoid hydrosalpinx influence.It is a very promising treatment technologies.
