企业文化是企业制度的执行与落实情况的有力支撑,直接决定了家族企业治理制度的转型成功与否。通过梳理家族企业制度演进的脉络,阐释了家族企业制度演进对企业文化的冲击与影响,分析了中国家族企业文化与企业制度的动态关联。并以此为基础,研究了配合制度演进的企业文化的演化机制与演化过程。

Enterprise culture is the strong support of implementation of the system and it directly determines successful transition of the family corporate system.This paper reviews the evolutionary process of family business systems,explains the impact and the influence of the evolution of family business system on corporate culture,and analyzes the dynamic association of the corporate culture with enterprise system.In the end,the article studies the evolution mechanisms and paths of corporate culture with the system＇s development on the basis of above research.
