防爆电梯限速器轮和提拉绳摩擦能量的仿真分析 被引量:2

Simulation of the Energy Generated by Friction of Explosion-proof Elevator's Overspeed Governor Rope and its Pulley

摘要 在电梯限速器一安全钳制动过程中,针对容易产生摩擦的电梯限速器轮和提拉钢丝绳的摩擦生热问题,利用有限元方法做了模拟仿真分析,以确定其在防爆方面的性能。 Explosion-proof elevator has been more and more widely used in the flammable, explosive places. Because of the particularity of the environment, explosion-proof elevator used a lot of methods to achieve the purpose of explosion-proof, such as explosion isolation and intrinsically safe circuits. It also need to take special attention of the collision and friction between various parts of the elevator. In this article, in order to determine the performance of explosion-proof, a finite element method (FEM) was used to simulate and analysis the heat generated by overspeed governor sheave and hoist ropes where happens friction easily.
