摘要
采用传统方法对薄层隔热涂料进行导热系数测定时,存在制样周期长,表面缺陷多等问题,这将直接影响到测试的结果。基于此,提出了间接测试方法,将薄层隔热涂料附着在一种导热系数已知的主材上形成复合材料,并在经典的传热原理基础上对被测涂层导热系数的计算方式进行了理论推导。采用多种方式对间接法测试的准确性进行了验证,结果表明,间接测试方法制样简单,测量误差小,可以成为隔热涂料等其它制样比较复杂的绝热产品导热系数测定的新方法。文中还对试验结果的不确定度进行了评定。
When we use the traditional method to measure the thermal conductivity of thin layer insulation coatings, there are several problems, such as sample preparation cycle long and many surface defects,which will directly affect the test results. Based on this, the study proposed an indirect test method. We attached the thin layer to another thermal conductivity known material to form a composite material. And based on the classical heat transfer theory, we conducted a theoretical analysis on the calculation of the thermal conductivity of the measured coating. In the study, we use a variety of ways to verify the accuracy of this kind of indirect method. The results show that indirect test method is simple in sample preparation, while measurement error is also small. It can be a kind of new method for determination of thermal conductivity of insulation coating and other insulation products with more complex system. The article also carried out assessment of uncertainty of test results.
