基于COCOMO模型并结合中国航天系统型号项目软件开发的特点和现状,讨论了航天型号软件项目开发的成本估计方法。同时指出了成本估计模型是开放的,使用者可以根据具体的环境和人员以及项目的具体特性对它进行剪裁,以使成本的估计更加理想。

Based on the COCOMO model and the current characteristics and situation of project software in aero space area,this paper discusses how to estimate the project software development effort.Additionally,the paper points out that the estimation model is open and users can recalibrate the model according to the particular position of the company,project and it's staff to make it more perfect.
