There are profound ethical connotation that have been implicated in modern management. They mainly showes as follows： Modem management have been from rich ethical background. The ethics essence of modem management is special moral relationship. The goal of modern management is harmony. There are three principles must be followed for modem management. They are true, good faith and equality.
