Innovation is the power of vigorous development of librarianship.This paper analyzes the present situation of the library of Cangzhou Vocational and Technical College,and expounds some opinions on the service innovation of higher vocational college＇s library from aspects of characteristic collection service,professional resources construction,refined management and culture atmosphere construction,etc.
