Based on expounding the principles of periodical ordering of public library,and in the light of various problems existing in library＇s periodical ordering,this paper probes into how to take the utilization ratio of library＇s periodicals after the quantization as an important basis of periodical ordering work for providing a new method for the unstructured decision-making.
