摘要
本文对圆形金属腔旋流激光器的放电激励特性进行了研究.给出此种激光器稳定运行特征参量的理论计算模型,并用此模型对多种稳定运行条件下的小信号增益进行了计算,获得激光器最佳工作条件.进行了放电实验研究,实现了在注入功率密度23W/cm3下的稳定放电.
In this paper, investigations have been made on a CO2 laser with revolving flow and circular metal cavity. A theoretical model for calculating the stable operation parameter of the new laser is presented. Calculation on small signal gain under many operation conditions has been made. The optimal operation conditions are achieved. A stable discharge with the input power density of 23 W/cm3 had been obtained in the experiment.
