The emergence of network and electronic books/periodicals makes the readers in the library reduce year after year.This paper analyzes the cause of readers＇ reduction,and puts forward some suggestions on attracting the readers such as improving the reading environment,persisting in the people-based concept,and implementing the service innovation,etc.
