川佛手提取物对小鼠的抗抑郁作用 被引量:20

摘要 目的:研究川佛手提取物的抗抑郁作用。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法制备川佛手挥发油,采用回流提取法制备川佛手水提浸膏Ⅰ、川佛手水提后醇提浸膏Ⅱ和Ⅲ、石油醚浸膏、乙酸乙酯浸膏和正丁醇浸膏,以生理盐水为空白对照,氟西汀为阳性对照药,采用小鼠强迫游泳实验和小鼠悬尾实验测定上述提取物实验4min内对小鼠游泳和悬尾的不动时间的影响。结果:与空白对照组[(142.30±9.97)s]相比,阳性对照药氟西汀组、川佛手挥发油组、浸膏Ⅱ组、浸膏Ⅲ组小鼠游泳时不动时间均缩短[(80.80±6.33)、(77.20±10.73)、(107.40±12.28)和(78.30±9.33)s,F=11.080,P<0.001],而浸膏Ⅰ组[(141.30±6.09)s]效果不明显。与空白对照组[(115.60±6.44)s]相比,氟西汀组、正丁醇浸膏组小鼠悬尾不动时间均缩短[(82.50±4.54)和(91.00±8.04)s,F=5.548,P=0.015]。结论:川佛手具有一定的抗抑郁作用。 Aim:To study the antidepressant effects of the extracts of Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis from Sichuan province.Methods:Preparing the volatile oils of bergamot by steam distillation.Reflux extraction was used to prepared aqueous extract,ethanol extract after water extraction,petroleum ether extract,ethyl acetate extract and butanol extract of bergamot.Rat forced swimming tests(FST) and its tail suspension test(TST) were carried out to explore the effects of the above-mentioned extracts on swimming and tail suspension immobility time by choosing normal saline and fluoxetine as blank and positive control,respectively.Results:Compared with the blank control group[(142.30±9.97) s],fluoxetine,bergamot essential oil,extract Ⅱand Ⅲ shortened mice swimming immobility time[(80.80±6.33),(77.20±10.73),(107.40±12.28),and(78.30±9.33) s;F=11.080,P0.001].Further experiments showed that n-butanol extracts reduced mice swimming immobility time.Compared with the blank control group[(115.60±6.44)s],both fluoxetine and n-butanol extracts shortened mice tail suspension immobility time[(82.50±4.54) and(91.00±8.04)s,F=5.548,P=0.015].Conclusion:Citrus medica L.var.sarcodactylis from Sichuan Province extracts possess the antidepressant properties.
