郑州市人群甲型H1N1流感病毒感染趋势和抗体水平分布 被引量:3

摘要 目的:调查郑州市人群甲型H1N1流感的感染率和不同年龄人群的抗体阳性率分布。方法:采用快速调查方式,分5次采集2009年12月至2010年3月期间的血样样品1908份,按年龄分为0~5岁、~18岁、~55岁和>55岁年龄4组。采用血凝抑制试验测定甲型H1N1流感抗体。结果:郑州人群的平均抗体阳性率从12.9%逐渐升高至30.0%左右到达平台期;各个年龄组人群中,~18岁年龄组感染率最高,5次调查感染率的最高值达54.7%,>55岁老龄组的感染率最低,5次调查感染率的分布范围为4.0%~21.8%;根据前4次调查结果,非线性分析表明人群感染甲型H1N1的增长率服从指数公式Y=aekX。结论:郑州市人群的新型H1N1感染趋势和抗体的分布水平为新型H1N1的防控打下了基础。 Aim:To investigate the infection rate of H1N1 influenza H1N1 virus and the age-trend in Zhengzhou city.Methods:A total of 1 981 residents were collected from the hospital and the blood centre and were devided into 0~5 age group,~18 age group,~55 age group and 55 group.The antibody of influenza H1N1 was measured by the hemagglutination inhibition test using chicken erythrocyte.Results:The average prevalence rate of influenza H1N1 viruses increased gradually from 12.9% to 30%.~18 age group possessed the highest infection rate among the four age groups and highest prevalence rate(54.7%).55 years group had lowest prevalence rate.The distribution range was 4.0%~21.8% in the five surveys.Nonlinear analysis shows that the growth rate of population infected with influenza H1N1 approached to exponential distribution,The prevalance trend was corresponded with index fomula Y=aekX.Conclusion:Illustrating the prevalence trend of influenza H1N1 in Zhengzhou provide support for prevention of the H1N1 at the next flu season.
