摘要
从读者满意出发,对图书馆服务做出科学、客观、准确、合理的评价,有利于图书馆的发展。以读者满意度作为评价图书馆服务各环节的目标,在考虑专家经验基础上,充分融合读者认知构建的图书馆读者满意度评价体系,经实例验证,效果较好且适用性强。
Scientific ,objective, accurate and rational assessment of library service by taking the satisfaction of readers into consideration benefits the development of libraries. Rather good outcome and applicability can be achieved if the satisfaction assessment system for readers in libraries is constructed fully based on the recognition of readers with the satisfaction of readers as the target in assessment of library service at different sectors.
