摘要
中国石化股份有限公司齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂碱渣处理装置采用预处理+QBR高效生物处理的工艺路线,设计处理柴油碱渣和汽油混合碱渣,通过其高效生物菌种降解COD至1 000 mg/L以下,再送入普通污水处理场处理合格后排放。运行初期存在设备、管线腐蚀及结晶堵塞多种问题。通过攻关,实现对设备管线材质的升级改造,流程上对多种碱渣实施了分类处理,实现装置稳定运行,环保效果良好。
The caust ic sludge treatment unit of Sinopec Qilu Company Shengli Refinery uses the technological route of pretreatment + QBR high-efficiency biological treatment. Diesel oil causti c sludge and gasoline mixed causti c sludge are designed to an be treated and their COD is degraded below 1000mg/L by high efficiency biological bacteria, then they are sent to an ordinary sewage treatment plant and are discharged af ter being treated to meet the standard. There were many problems such as equipment and pipeline corrosion as well as crystallizati on blocking in the initi al stage of operati on. By tackling key problems, the material quality of equipment and pipeline has been upgraded and reformed, classified treatment has been implemented in the process for diverse causti c sludge and the unit has realized steady operat ion and acquired fine result in environmental protect ion.
