摘要
运用超效率DEA模型和规模经济理论对中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司2000-2009年经营业绩进行有效性分析,并将有效性指标分解为纯技术效率和规模效率,借助Lingo软件求解测算了上海石化整体和各板块规模效率和技术效率,提出了上海石化各板块规模化经营发展的投入产出建议,为石化企业应用超效率DEA模型和规模经济理论优化经营策略提供了基础性研究。
The super-efficiency DEA model and scale economy theory have been employed to analyze the management effectiveness of Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited (SPC), a subordinate enterprise of Sinopec Group according to the 2000-2009 annual business data and the effectiveness index has been decomposed into pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency. SPC overall and engaged industry segments’ scale efficiency and technical efficiency have been measured applying Lingo soft ware. Some input and output management recommendat ions for scale management development of each engaged industry segment in SPC have been put forward in the light of the analysis result. All this work has supplied some basic study for petrochemical enterprises to opti mize their business strategy applying the super-efficiency DEA model.
