零库存订货法在药品库存中的应用

Zero Inventory Ordering Method Used in Drug Inventory

目的:在保证临床用药的基础上,降低医院药品库存,加速库存药品资金周转。方法:利用库存周转率分析法对我院曾经使用的高低限量订货法和零库存订货法的库存成本、周转天数和周转率进行比较。结果:2种方法平均库存成本分别为175.36万元、158.11万元,无统计学差异(P=0.213),平均周转天数分别为13.03、9.64d,有统计学差异(P=0.017),平均周转率分别为236.99%、314.67%,有统计学差异(P=0.027)。结论:零库存订货法较好地保证了库存药品不积压、不断货,降低费用,节约成本,加快了药品的周转率。

Objective：On the basis of guarantee clinical medication,to reduce the hospital drug inventory and accelerate the capital turnover of inventory drug. Methods：Using inventory turnover ratio analysis method to evaluate inventory cost,turnover days and the turnover rate by the height limit order method and zero inventory ordering method. Results：Of the two methods the average inventory cost was 1 753 600 and 1 581 100 yuan（P= 0.213）,the average turnover days were 13.03 and 9.64（P = 0.017）,and the average turnover rate was 236.99% and 314.67%（P= 0.027）,respectively.Conclusion：Zero inventory ordering method effectively guaranteed that the inventory drugs were not overstocked,stock was supported continuously,the cost was reduced and saved,and drug turnover was speeded up.
