关怀照护在女性首发精神分裂症康复期患者中的应用

目的探讨关怀照护在女性首发精神分裂症康复期患者中的应用方法和效果。方法将80例女性首发精神分裂症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。观察组实施关怀照护,对照组按常规护理。分别在干预后第3w、第6w、第9w 及出院前评价及比较两组患者意识行为、生活及社会适应能力和精神症状、服药依从性的差异。结果干预后观察组患者意识行为改善、生活及社会适应能力和精神症状改善情况和服药依从性均优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(均 P < 0.05)。结论关怀照护的实施改善了女性首发精神分裂症患者的生活自理能力和社会适应能力,提高服药的依从性,进而降低疾病的复发率。

Objective To investigate the effect of protective concern and nursing on the female reconvalescents with schizophrenia at first onset.Methods 80 reconvalescents with schizophrenia at first onset were divided into observation group and control group randomly in equal number：The former was cared with protective concern and nursing and the latter with routine nursing.They were evaluated then compared in terms of disease-associated recognition,life and societal accommodation,mental conditions and medicine-taking compliance as well as the nursing quality at weeks 3,6 and 9.Results After intervention,the observational group was significantly better than the control one in terms of disease-associated recognition,life and societal accommodation,mental conditions and medicine-taking compliance as well as the nursing quality（all P 0.05）.Conclusion Protective concern and nursing may improve the self-care ability,societal accommodation ability of female reconvalescents with schizophrenia,enhance their medicine taking compliance and decrease the relapse.
