急诊抢救室留观老年危重患者护理存在问题分析及对策

Problems in senile critical patients in ER and the nursing strategies

目的分析急诊抢救室留观老年危重患者护理存在的问题,并提出相应的对策。方法回顾性分析2009年2月10日-3月2日本院急诊抢救室留观3d以上患者的情况,分析护理存在的问题,并提出对策。结果本院急诊抢救室留观老年危重患者护理存在问题如下功能制护理模式不能满足老年危重患者护理需求;留观老年危重患者疾病类型多样;留观老年危重患者易于出现并发症;护士人力不足。结论本院急诊留观患者以老年患者居多,且疾病类型多样,护士人力不足,应改变急诊的护理工作模式,加强对护士进行老年患者疾病知识的培训,合理安排人力资源,以提高急诊患者的护理质量。

Objective To investigate the problems in senile critical patients and to propose nursing strategy.Methods By reviewing the histories of patients who stayed in ER for more than three days from February 10 to March 2,2009,the problems in emergency nursing were analyzed and the corresponding strategy was proposed.Results The nursing problems in the elderly patients stayed in ER were as follows：functional nursing mode can＇t meet the nursing demand of elderly patients,the elderly patients often suffer from many kinds of disease and were prone to complications,the nurse manpower were in shortage.Conclusion In our hospital,long-term staying patients in ER are mostly composed of elderly patients with various diseases.On the other hand,it is in shortage of nurses.Therefore,we should change nursing mode,enhance the nursing training on disease knowledge of senile patients and reasonably distribute nursing staff so as to improve the nursing quality.
