依托医院信息数据中心,将信息化管理手段融入护理人员绩效考核,通过网上测评考核,便捷、高效地完成对考核数据统计和结果分析,使绩效考核更具有客观性、科学性和时效性,同时节约了大量的人力、时间和经费,节约管理成本,提高了管理效率与效益。
Using the information management method, the nurses' performance were appraised based on the hospital information data center. By testing the appraisal management model online, calculating the appraisal data and analyzing result conveniently and efficiently, the performance appraisal was objective, scientific and timely, saved human resources, time, funds, administration cost, and increased management efficiency.
