摘要
目的探讨钙拮抗剂在心血管疾病中的主要不良反应与防范对策。方法回顾性分析钙拮抗剂的主要临床应用情况与出现的不良反应。结果 240例使用钙拮抗剂治疗的心血管疾病患者中,发生不良反应的有38例,发生率为15.8%。多为硝苯地平和尼莫地平引起,最常见的不良反应是脸红、头痛、眩晕。结论钙拮抗剂在心血管疾病的治疗中,占有非常重要的地位。但是应根据钙拮抗剂的药理作用、剂量、剂型、患者的个体差异及年龄选择适宜的药物,避免不良反应。
Objective To investigate the adverse reactions and preventive measures of calcium antagonists in cardiovascular disease.Methods Retrospective analysis of the main clinical application of calcium antagonists situation and adverse reactions. Results There were 38 cases of adverse reactions in the 240 patients treated with calcium antagonists in cardiovascular disease, the rate was 15.8%.Mostly caused by nifedipine and nimodipine, the most common adverse events were flushing, headache, dizziness.Conclusion Calcium antagonists in the treatment of cardiovascular disease plays a very important role.But it should be based on the pharmacological effects of calcium antagonists, dose, dosage form, the patient＇s individual differences and age for appropriate choice of drugs to avoid adverse reactions.
