摘要
目的探讨风湿性心脏病并发心房纤颤患者药物的药物治疗。方法参与临床查房,在诊疗过程中与临床医师沟通,制定合理治疗方案。结果与结论通过参与临床治疗过程包括入院教育、药学监护、用药教育等,为患者提供个性化药学服务,促进安全、合理用药。
Objective To explore the drug treatment to rheumatic heart disease with atrial fibrillation.Methods Clinical Pharmacists communicated with clinical medicine in the treatment in order to make a appropriate plan of drug use. ResultsConclusion By clinical treatment including education in-hospital,pharmaceutical care and medication education, providing the personality pharmacy,service for patients, promoting rational use of drug and safety of drug use.
