氨氯地平和赖诺普利对高血压病患者肾功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 众所周知,肾脏是高血压累及的重要靶器官之一,高血压患者发生微白蛋白尿的程度显著高于血压正常者[1,2],微白蛋白尿可作为判定高血压患者肾损害进展的可靠指标[3,4],高血压病患者尿中白蛋白水平增加是心脑血管疾病发生和死亡的独立因素吲。因此,常规的降压治疗能否有效地减轻蛋白尿,保护肾功能值得探讨。业已证明:血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂可减轻高血压肾损害,减少尿蛋白排泄,保护肾功能。
